摘要 目的:建立微波消解-石墨炉原子吸收光度法测定二丙酸倍他米松中铬含量的方法。方法:采用微波消解法对二丙酸倍他米松样品进行消解,通过石墨炉程序升温法在波长357.9 nm下进行含量测定。结果:回归方程A=0.024983C+0.003,r=0.998 9,线性范围为0~40 ng/mL;方法检测限为0.012 mg/kg,定量限为0.036 mg/kg;平均回收率为102.0%(n=6)。结论:该方法检测二丙酸倍他米松中铬含量灵敏、准确、可靠。 Objective: To estabhsh a method for the determination of chromium in betamethasone dipropionate by microwave digestion- graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrophotometry. Methods: Microwave digestion was adopted in the determination of chromium, graphite furnace temp-control program was optimized, and the content of chromium was determined under the wavelength of 357.9 nm. Results- The linear relationship between the absorbance and the concentration of chromium was in the range of 0 -40 ng/mL (r = 0.998 9) with detection limit of 0.012 mg/kg. The determination limit was 0. 036 mg/kg. The average recovery was 102.0% (n=6). Conclusions: This method is sensitive and accurate, and is useful in control the content of chromium in betamethasone dipropionate.
