摘要
为提高电子元器件表面金属镀层的耐蚀性能,用缓蚀剂、复合表面活性剂、螯合剂、助洗剂和pH值调节剂复配成了一种新型环保型GF419水相封孔剂。采用扫描电镜观察镀金层封孔后的形貌,通过加速腐蚀试验研究了其耐硝酸、盐酸、混合气体及SO2腐蚀性能。结果表明:GF419用于镀金层封孔,能有效修复结晶缺陷和清除镀金层微孔内的残留物,可显著提高电子元器件金属镀层的抗腐蚀能力,具有极高的推广应用价值。
Corrosion inhibitor,compound surfactant,chelant,builder and pH regulator were used as the starting materials to formulate a kind of environmentally friendly waterbased poresealing agent(GF419).Asformulated poresealing agent was adopted to seal the pores of electroplated Au coating on the surface of electronic elements so as to improve the corrosion resistance.The morphology of the Au coating after poresealing treatment was observed with a scanning electron microscope,and the anticorrosion behavior of the Au coating after poresealing treatment against nitric acid,hydrochloric acid,mixed gases and SO2 was evaluated based on accelerated corrosion tests.It was found that asprepared waterbased poresealing agent GF419 could be well used to repair the crystalline defects and eliminate residual purities in the pores of electroplated Au coating,thereby significantly improving the anticorrosion ability of metal coatings on the surface of electronic elements.GF419 showed promising application in electronic industry.
