摘要
为了制备一种廉价且具有优异防水性的水性涂料,用氟碳乳液,以阴/非离子复合表面活性剂为乳化剂,过硫酸铵为引发剂,通过乳液聚合法制得了全氟烷基乙基丙烯酸酯(FA)-甲基丙烯酸十八醇酯(SMA)-丙烯酸羟丙酯(HPA)-对氯甲基苯乙烯(CMS)四元无规共聚氟代聚丙烯酸酯乳液(FSHC),采用红外光谱仪(IR),核磁共振氢谱(1H-NMR),纳米粒度仪及Zeta电位分析仪,光电子能谱仪(XPS)和接触角测定仪分别对FSHC乳液的结构、粒径分布和Zeta电位及膜表面的化学元素组成和疏水性进行了表征。结果表明:FSHC具有预期的结构,其平均粒径为146.2 nm,Zeta电位为-21.2 mV;FSHC膜表面存在较多的F元素,含氟基团迁移至表面,发挥优异的防水性能;以FSHC乳液为成膜物质所制备的氟碳涂料,表现出良好的拒水效果,水在氟碳涂料涂层表面的静态接触角达128.6°。
A kind of quaternary irregularlycopolymerized fluorinated polyacrylate emulsion(abridged as FSHC) was prepared by emulsion copolymerization of perfluoroalkylethyl acrylate(FA),octadecyl methacrylate(SMA),2hydroxypropyl acrylate(HPA) and 4chloromethyl styrene(CMS) in the presence of anionic/nonionic surfactants as the mixed emulsifier and(NH4)2S2O8 as the initiator.Assynthesized FSHC emulsion was then used to prepare waterborne paint and coating with desired waterrepelling capability.The chemical structure of assynthesized FSHC emulsion was analyzed by infrared spectrometry and nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy,and its size distribution and Zeta potential were determined with a nanoscale particle analyzer and a Zeta potential analyzer.Moreover,the chemical states of typical elements on the surface of the coating made of FSHC emulsion were analyzed by means of Xray photoelectron spectroscopy,and the water contact angle of the coating was measured with a contact angle meter.It was found that assynthesized FSHC emulsion had anticipated chemical structure,and its average size and Zeta potential were 146.2 nm and-21.2 mV.Besides,the coating made of FSHC emulsion contained a large amount of F on the surface,due to transfer of Fcontaining groups to the coating surface.As a result,asobtained fluorocarbon coating had excellent waterrepelling capability.Moreover,the paint and coating made of FSHC emulsion had good water resistance,showing a water contact angle of 128.6°.
