储罐钢08MnNiVR在服役环境中的耐腐蚀性能

摘要 为了研究大型石油储罐用钢08MnNiVR在服役环境中的耐蚀性能,通过大气挂片试验研究了其耐大气腐蚀性能,通过全浸试验和应力腐蚀试验研究了其在石油沉积水中的耐腐蚀性能。结果表明:08MnNiVR钢在大气环境和石油沉积水中均主要发生均匀腐蚀,腐蚀速率较低,耐腐蚀性良好;08MnNiVR在石油沉积水中具有高应力腐蚀抗力,应力腐蚀敏感性较低。 Atmospheric exposure coupon tests were conducted to investigate the corrosion resistance of 08MnNiVR steel,used for largesize petroleum storage tank in atmosphere environment.The corrosion behavior of the steel in petroleum sedimentary water medium was evaluated based on total immersion corrosion tests and stressinduced corrosion tests.It was found that 08MnNiVR steel experienced uniform corrosion in both atmosphere environment and petroleum sedimentary water medium,and it had small corrosion rates and showed good corrosion resistance under the two situations.In the meantime,08MnNiVR steel possessed good resistance against stressinduced corrosion in petroleum sedimentary water medium,showing low susceptibility to stress corrosion cracking therein.
