新型靶向治疗人表皮生长因子受体2过表达乳腺癌 被引量:1

摘要 乳腺癌(breast cancer)是一种多基因参与、多步骤发生的高度异质性肿瘤,其病理和组织学分类相同的患者对同一治疗的疗效反应存在很大的差别。随着分子生物学的发展,乳腺癌诊断从传统的病理学和组织学分类,走向了以分子标志物为基础的预测方案。乳腺癌的分子特征更精确预测疾病复发风险,指导治疗用药选择。
