摘要
研究公立医院薪酬管理制度的主要方式,指出目前以经济核算为主的分配激励考核模式存在的主要问题,并有针对性地提出医院分配激励机制改革的思路。同时,根据工作实践,提出医院绩效考核的操作步骤和方法。
Study on the main ways on salary management system of public hospitals. And point out the main problems of hospital distribution incentive mechanism, which based on the economic accounting, and suggest the reform ideas of hospital distribution incentive mechanism. Plus, propose the operating steps and methods of hospital performance appraisal.
