摘要 万家寨水电站2号水轮发电机组并网后4 min内,因机组的有功功率及无功功率测量异常,引发机组过负荷的异常告警信息。从相量关系和有功功率计算角度分析了监控系统LCU装置与调速器装置对有功功率测量的影响,从两者的联动控制逻辑和LCU历史曲线推断功率测量异常的原因为电流互感器的相电流引出线反接。结合国家电网公司十八项反措要求,提出了进行试验或检修时必须填写措施票、重要的TA测量控制设备应从电气回路中分离、加大值班员培训力度、加强应急预案演练、提高全员安全素质等防范措施。 No.2 hydroelectric generating units in Wanjiazhai Hydropower Station set parallel in 4 minutes, abnormal alarm information was resulted, because the abnormal measurement of active power and reactive power. From phasor relationship and active power calculation angle, make an analysis of the monitoring system LCU device and governor gear for active power measuring abnormal effects by linkage control logic and LCU history curve deduce power measuring abnormal reason for current transformer of the phase current lead opposition. Combined with eighteen priorities against lending L requirements, the author puts forward that the test and maintenance measures must fill in the ticket, important TA measurement control equipment should be aeparated from the electric circuits, increasing the attendant training system, strengthening emergency plan practice, and improving the quality of safety prevention measures.
