摘要
神华神东电力有限责任公司萨拉齐电厂1号汽轮机组1号、2号轴承出现了轴振动增大的现象,通过进行现场试验和分析,认为故障是因机组高中压转子存在质量不平衡引起的。在高中压转子中部加装了质量为1653.8 g、相位为205°的平衡块,在中压缸排汽口侧转子上加装了质量为1300 g、相位200°的平衡块后,机组1号、2号瓦轴振动值均降至70μm以内。
No.1 and No.2 bearings' shaft vibration increased on Unit 1 in Shenhua Shendong Power Co.,Ltd. Salaqi Power Plant. Through field test and analysis, the author thought the failure was due to the unit's high-medium pressure rotor quality imbalance. After fixed balance block in the high-middle pressure rotor with mass of 1653.8 g and the phase of 205°,balance block in the rotor of medium pressure cylinder on exhaust port side with the mass of 1300 g and the phase of 200°, No.1 and No.2 bearings' vibration values were decreased to 70 μm in Unit 1.
