STO先进控制软件在600MW汽轮发电机组上的应用

摘要 介绍了STO(Steam Temperature Opitimization,蒸汽温度优化)概念以及STO的技术特点与动态矩阵控制算法的原理,说明了全局动态建模方法。结合内蒙古上都发电有限责任公司机组控制系统的实际情况及运行中过热蒸汽、再热蒸汽温度控制存在的问题,说明STO先进控制软件在机组上的应用实施过程,对实施后的汽温控制效果进行了评估。应用结果表明,STO先进控制软件能够将机组过热蒸汽、再热蒸汽温度控制在理想范围内,在锅炉机组蒸汽温度控制系统中的应用取得成功。 Introduce the concept of STO(Steam Temperature Optimization),the technical characteristics of STO and the dynamic matrix control algorithm theory, show dynamic matrix control modeling method. Based on Inner Mongolia Shangdu Power Generation Limited Liability Company's unit control system of the actual operation situation of superheated steam and reheat steam temperature control, the author illustrated the application implementation process of advanced STO control software in the unit. After the implementation, the control effects were evaluated, the results of application showed that when the STO advanced control software was used in the superheated steam and reheat steam systems, the temperature could be controlled in an ideal range, the application of the sottware in the steam temperature control system was successful.
