摘要 对内蒙古京隆发电有限责任公司600 MW机组锅炉运行中存在的磨煤机出力不足、暖风器差压大、暖风器结垢严重等问题进行了分析,提出将固定暖风器更换为旋转暖风器的改造方案,介绍了旋转暖风器的可旋性、低阻力、堵灰不泄漏等特点。改造为旋转暖风器后,压降及电流明显减小,有效防止了一次风机失速及夏季一、二次风机电机绕组温度高等问题;同时减小了一次、二次风机的耗电量,降低了运行成本。改造后,再未发生一次风机失速故障,年节约费用约86.621万元。 This article studies the cases of the fixed heater units of Inner Mongolia Jing Long Electric Power Generation Co.,Ltd. The operation of its 600 MW boiler has the shortcomings of coal mill output deficiency, heater unit pressure difference and heater device scaling problem. Rotating heater appliances are more optional with no leaking and lower resistance. By transforming the fixed heater unit into the rotating heater unit, voltage and current had been decreased significantly. Meantime, the primary fan stall and high machine winding temperature of the primary and secondary fan were effectively prevented. The rotating heater unit has not only reduced the power consumption of primary and secondary fan, but also saved cost for the cooperation. After reconstrustion, there was no a single fan stall problem in 2012 in Jing Long Power Plant, and a total of 86 6210 Yuan has been saved.
