摘要
乌兰察布电业局在测试1100kV七苏木变电站地网时发现接地电阻测试值超标,与实际电阻值偏差较大。经分析,测试时电极距离选取不当、试验电流小及试验方法不规范等是导致测试数据不准确的主要原因。通过采取加大信号源功率,升高测试电流;采用多点变频仪采集;选取适当电极距离(电流线放线长度为变电站对角线长度的3~5倍,电压线放线长度为电流线长度的0.618倍)以及对试验人员加强测试方法培训等改进措施,提高了地网测试数据的准确性。
The staff found the ground resistance test data exceeded in the test of 110 kV Qisumu substation grounding grid. Through the analysis, the improper selection of the test electrode distance, the small test current and the unacceptable test method were the main reason leading to the unaccurate test data. Take ways of increasing signal source power, higher current test; multi-point frequency acquisition; select the appropriate distance of electrodes (0.618 times the current line length was 3-5 times the length of the diagonal voltage substation, line length of the current line length) as well as for test personnel to strengthen the testing method of training measures, to improve the accuracy of network test data.
