摘要 对临河热电厂2×300 MW机组锅炉运行过程中频繁灭火的问题进行了分析,认为存在实际燃用煤与设计煤种偏差较大,原煤为洗中煤,造成给煤机断煤、运行及检修人员对锅炉的运行特性掌握不全面等问题。提出对锅炉进行燃烧调整、配煤掺烧,对二次风、炉膛差压以及燃料风风门开度进行优化,加强对运行人员的技能培训,严格控制设备的检修周期等措施。通过采取以上措施,锅炉燃烧稳定性得到了大幅提高,再未发生因锅炉燃烧问题造成的灭火事故。 Through analysis of 2×300 MW units boiler frequent outfire in Linhe Thermal Power Plant, the author made a conclusion that the big difference of the acutual coal and the designed coal, the raw of coal middlings resulted in coal feeder interruptin, and the maintenance personnel lack of the knowledge of boiler operation charactoristics, were the main causes. Thus, the author proposed to make boiler combustion adjustment and blending burning, to optimize secondary air and furnace differential pressure as well as throttle opening of the fuel air damper, to strengthen the skills training of operating personnel, and control equipment maintenance cycle strictly. By taking these measures, boiler combustion stability has been improved substantially, accidents due to boiler combustion have not happened yet.
