摘要
神华神东电力有限责任公司萨拉齐电厂2×300 MW煤矸石发电机组在投产初期,高负荷时SO2排放指标超标,分析认为主要原因为设计煤种与实际燃用煤种发热量及硫分差异较大、锅炉床温高及石灰石系统投入率低等。对此,提出加大矸石与低硫煤的掺烧质量比至7∶3,对锅炉进行一、二次风量及上、下二次风量送入比例进行优化调整,合理分布石灰石粒径、保证石灰石系统投入等解决措施。实施后效果良好,SO2排放超标问题得到解决。
SO2 exceeded emission standard at high load when Salaqi Power Plant put into service in the early stage, because of the calorific value and sulfur content larger between the designed and actual burning coal, the circulating fluidized boiler's high bed temperature and the limestone system's low run rate. By taking measures that increasing the proportion of waste rock and low-sulfur coal to 7:3, adjusting the boiler running operation between the primary air and secondary air, distributing reasonably limestone powder diameter and ensuring the run rate of limestone system etc, the level of SO2 emission has been obviously decreased and meets the current requirements of environmental protection emission standard in the end.
