Analysis of Upgrading Teachers' Scientific Research Ability in Higher Vocational Colleges

科研能力是高职院校教师综合素质的重要组成部分,不断提升教师科研能力既是高职院校发展中的重要环节,也是教师个人发展的基础。教师科研能力的提升主要从以下几方面来进行:设置关键科研考核指标、采用激励手段、延长科研考核周期、加强自我修练、提升科研素养等。

Scientific research ability is an important part of the overall quality of teachers in higher vocational colleges. Enhancing teachers＇ scientific research ability constantly not only plays an important role in higher vocational colleges＇ development but also serves as the basis for teachers＇ selfdevelopment. The paper suggests the following ways to upgrade the teachers＇ scientific research ability： the setting of critical scientific research indicators, the use of incentives, the extension of scientific research appraisal cycle, the reinforcement of self-discipline, the upgrading of teachers＇ research attainments.
