高校大学生违纪管理机制研究——以湖北文理学院为例

Research on the Management System of University Students' Violation of Disciplines ——Take Hubei University of Arts and Science for Example

大学生违纪管理是高校学生教育管理工作中的重要环节。文章以湖北文理学院为例,指出在新形势下,违纪管理机制的建立主要通过"事前预防"、"事中处理"、"事后监督"三位一体的有机结合,建构以教育管理为主导的违纪防范机制、以惩罚激励为重要手段的违纪处理机制和以"跟踪"考察为辅助的教育引导机制。

The management system of the university students＇ violation of disciplines is a key link in the students work. Taking Hubei University of Arts and Science for example, the paper puts forwards that the management system of the violated adopts the organic combination of the following： taking precautions against the violation, actively coping with the violations and supervising the violated. In this way the prevention mechanism based on the dominant factor of the educational management, the handling system based on the important means of punishment and stimulus, and the educational guiding system based on the supplement of tracking investigation are established.
