鸡蛋价格波动对不同收入居民福利影响分析

Empirical Research on Effect of Egg Price Fluctuation on the Welfare of Urban Residents With Different Levels of Income

基于中国1986～2010年不同收入等级城镇居民鸡蛋消费的相关数据,运用Minot福利效应模型,对鸡蛋价格波动对不同收入等级城镇居民福利效应进行测算和分解。结果表明:不同收入等级城镇居民短期福利变化趋势一致,并与鸡蛋的价格变化呈反向关系;不同收入等级城镇居民,随着其收入水平的提高,CR总体处于一个逐年递减的过程,但在下降的过程中,最低收入、低收入、中等偏下3个收入等级的下降波动趋势一致,而中等收入、中等偏上、高收入和最高收入4个收入等级的下降波动趋势趋于一致,CR降幅大小和城镇居民的收入等级成反比;同一收入等级内部,价格变动对低收入城镇居民的福利的影响要大于对高收入城镇居民的影响。

Based on egg production and consumption data of 1986 ~ 2010, using Minot welfare effects model, we estimated the effect of fluctuation of egg price on the welfare of urban residents with different levels of income The results show that. short-term welfare change of different income groups has the same trend, and is in an inverse relationship with the fluctuation of egg price; for different income groups of urban residents, with their income levels increasing, the CR is overall in a process of gradually reducing; within the group of same income level, the effect of of egg price fluctuation is more remarkable on the welfare of lower-income ones than on that of higher- income ones
