摘要
自流坡度是膏体的重要性质,本文通过使用某铜矿的全尾砂,自制自流仪器,进行了不同浓度条件下的膏体自流坡度实验;通过Brookfield R/S+型流变仪,进行了不同浓度条件下的膏体流变实验。在此基础上检验了Sofra & Boger膏体自流坡度公式的准确性,结果表明此式不适用于该矿山的尾矿。通过回归分析,得到了该铜矿的膏体自流坡度经验公式,误差分析表明,该公式精确度达到87.43%,有较大的可信度。
Gravity slope is an important property of paste, by using the unclassified tailings of one copper mine and self-made experimental apparatus, gravity slope experiments on different density of paste tailings have been conducted, and rheology experiments on different density have also been conducted by using the Brookfield R/S+ Rheometer. Based on the results, the accuracy of the Sofra & Boger paste gravity empirical formula is checked, which turns out to be that the empirical formula cannot fit the tailings from the copper mine. Through regression analysis, obtains the gravity empirical formula of the copper mine. The error analysis shows that the veracity of the formula reaches 87.43%, and it is convincing.
