摘要
美国管理学家、心理学家亚伯拉罕.马斯洛所提出的需求层次理论在中国的管理学界影响很大。但是,由于东西方文化的差异以及时代的发展,其理论的不足反映了出来。在总结需求层次理论的基础上,站在"知识渐进人"的角度,进一步梳理和完善需求层次理论;并以时间为轴线,完成人的需求层次的再归纳,初步提出新的需求层次理论在现代企业管理中的应用思路。
Hierarchy of needs proposed by American management expert, psychologist Abraham Maslow' has great influence on management scholars in China. However, with the cultural differences between the East and the West, and the social development, its defects appear gradually. On the basis of summing up the hierarchy of needs, from the point of "progressive intellect", the theory is further sorted out and improved. The hierarchy of needs is re-analyzed in the view of time and a new hierarchy of needs in the modern enterprise management is proposed.
