安徽省林业投入产出效率评价——基于超效率DEA模型 被引量:16

On the Assessment of Anhui Forestry Input-output Ratio Based on the Super-ratio Model DEA

摘要 为了加强林业生态建设,1998年以来,安徽省对林业的投入大幅增加。运用DEA评价模型,对近年来安徽省林业投入产出的效率进行测评和分析。测算结果表明:1998—2002年间,安徽省林业投入产出的效率总体较高,但是,自2003年以来,林业投入产出效率处于DEA无效状态的年份明显增加,且大部分年份处于规模报酬递减阶段。结合林业发展的现实背景可以发现,林业投入不稳定、林业投入产出的结构不合理、林业科技投入不足是导致近些年林业投入产出效率较低的原因。 In order to promote the construction of ecological forestry, Anhui Province has sharply increased its input on forestry from the year 1998. This article has assessed and analyzed its forestry input-output ratio with the assessment model DEA. The result suggests that the ratio is generally high from the year 1998 to 2002, but from the year 2003, the number of invalid years in the view of DEA has obviously increased, most of which the scale outputs are decreasing by degrees. In the background of the practical forestry development, it can be found that the reasons for such a low ratio are the unsteady input, the improper input output - structure and the sufficient technological input.
