博落回总碱对SGC 7901细胞毒性的研究

Study on Cytotoxicity of Total Alkaloids of Macleaya cordata on SGC 7901

目的:研究博落总生物碱对胃癌细胞SGC 7901细胞生长的影响。方法:用MTT法检测博落回总碱对胃癌细胞SGC 7901体外生长的抑制作用。结果:体外实验中博落回总碱对SGC 7901细胞的抑制率随着其浓度增加而增加。抑制率最高可达54.94%。结论:说明博落回总生物碱具有抑制人胃癌SGC 7901细胞生长的生物活性。

Objective：The study was designed to investigate the effects of total alkaloids of Macleaya cordata on growth of human gastric cancer cell line SGC 7901 in vitro.Methods：The growth inhibition effects of the total alkaloids of Macleaya cordata on SGC 7901 cancer cells were evaluated with MTT assay.Results：In vitro,the total alkaloids of Macleaya cordata can inhibit the proliferation of SGC 7901 with a concentration-effect relationship.The biggest inhibition rate was up to 54.94%.Conclusion：The total alkaloids of Macleaya cordata has antitumor bioactivities on human gastric cancer cell line SGC 7901.
