中医药防治伊立替康肠毒性的研究进展

Progress of Traditional Chinese Medicine Preventing and Treating Irinotecan-induced Gastrointestinal Toxicity

伊立替康被认为是近年来最有前途的抗癌药物,临床应用比较广泛。迟发性腹泻是其剂量限制性毒性,严重限制了化疗的进行和影响了病人的生存质量。因此,如何有效防治延迟性腹泻的发生有着重要的临床意义,并已成为亟待解决的问题。概述了近10年来中医药用于预防和治疗抗肿瘤药伊立替康所致肠毒性的临床与动物实验研究进展,探讨其作用机制。提出目前相关研究的不足和今后的发展方向。

Irinotecan is a new kind of camptothecin anticancer drugs.It is considered to be a very promising anticancer drug.Delayed-onset diarrhea is its dose-limiting toxicity,which affects the rate of chemotherapy completion and the cancer patients＇ quality of life.This paper reviewed progress of traditional Chinese medicine preventing and treating Irinotecan-induced gastrointestinal toxicity,including clinical and experimental studies literatures,discussion on the mechanism of action.It also analyzed the disadvantages and future direction.
