中医内外综合治疗小儿肺炎疗效观察

Research on the Effect of TCM Treatment on Children with Pneumonia

目的:观察中医综合治疗组、中药组和基础治疗小儿肺炎的临床疗效。方法:96例肺炎患儿随机分成3组,对照组基础治疗,中药组在基础治疗上加用中药辨证内服;中医综合治疗组在中药组基础上加用外治疗法。观察3组治疗前后主症次症及中医证候的改善情况及疗效评价。结果:中医综合治疗组及中药组总有效率均为100%,对照组总有效率为97%,但临床治愈率分别为66%、31%和9%。缓解期中医综合治疗组中医证候疗效明显优于中药组和对照组;在缓解小儿肺炎主要症状和次要症状观察中,中医综合治疗组和中药组明显优于对照组。结论:在基础治疗的同时,采用中医综合治疗组小儿肺炎疗效显著。

Objective：Evaluation of the clinical effectiveness and advantage about TCM treating pediatric pneumonia was made.Methods：96 children with pneumonia were randomly divided into 3 groups.Besides the foundation treatment of western medicine in control group（C）,the Traditional Chinese Medicine group（B）added traditional Chinese medicine,and then the synthetical Chinese Medicine treatment group（A）added external treatment.The disease curative effect,syndromes curative effect and main effect-acting period before and after the treatment were observed by the statistical methods.Results：The total effectiveness both of the synthetical Chinese Medicine treatment group and the Traditional Chinese Medicine group was 100% while of control group was 97%.The clinical effect of the synthetical Chinese Medicine treatment group was better than that of the Traditional Chinese Medicine group and control group.The score of cardinal symptoms and secondary symptoms effect-acting period in the synthetical treatment Chinese Medicine group and the Traditional Chinese Medicine group were better than those in control group.Conclusion：Traditional Chinese medicine has great clinical curative effect and advantages on treating pediatric pneumonia.
