失眠症烦躁状态评定量表信效度分析

Evaluation of Reliability and Validity of the Scale for Insomnia with the State of Irritability

目的:考核失眠症烦躁状态评定量表的信度和效度,以完善失眠症烦躁状态评定量表。方法:采用现场调查的方式,由患者本人填写该量表,收回有效量表210份。通过分析克朗巴赫系数α、折半信度和表面效度、结构效度,评价失眠症烦躁状态评定量表的信度和效度。结果:各领域、方面以及量表总体的克朗巴赫系数在0.6442～0.9107之间,折半信度为0.8902。结构效度采用因子分析法,按特征根值>1提取其因子,共提取因子7个。结论:失眠症烦躁状态评定量表体现了中医的特色,具有较好的信度和效度,在相关领域研究和评定中具有一定的实用价值。

Objective：To evaluate the reliability and validity of the scale for insomnia with the state of irritability.Methods：Through spot-survey,the scale was filled in by informant.210 valid scales were received.The reliability was evaluated with Cronbach alpha and Guttman Split-half,the construct and content validity of the questionnaire were evaluated with factor analysis.Results：The Cronbach alpha was 0.6442~0.9107 and the Guttman Split-half was 0.8902 in various fields,aspects and whole scale.The method of construct validity was factor analysis.There were 7 factors that the eigenvalue was above 1.Conclusion：The scale for insomnia with the state of irritability with TCM feature has well reliability and validation,and is applicable to the research and evaluate the related field.
