复方附苓颗粒的制备工艺研究

摘要 目的:优选复方附苓颗粒的制备工艺。方法:采用L9(34)正交试验设计,以乌头碱和齐墩果酸的含量及浸膏得率为评价指标,优选复方附苓颗粒的制备工艺。结果:最佳制备工艺为:加10倍量75%的乙醇,回流提取2次,提取时间为1 h。结论:优选的制备工艺操作简便,稳定可行,重复性好,可为该制剂的生产提供理论依据。 Objective:To optimize the preparation technology of Compound Fuling Granule.Methods:The contents of aconitine and oleanolic acid and extraction ratio were used as indexes to optimize the preparation technology of compound prescription granule by orthogonal design of L9(3^4).Results:The optimal preparation technology was as follows:extracted with 75% alcohol for 2 times,1 h for each time and ratio of lipuid to solid was 10∶ 1.Conclusion:The optimized preparation technology was simple,stable,feasible and reproducible,and it can provide a theoretical basis for the production of this preparation.
