中医药治疗冠心病稳定型心绞痛临床路径标准化研究

Study on the Clinical Pathway's Standardization of the Coronary Heart Disease Stable Angina Treated with Traditional Chinese Medicine

目的:验证中医药治疗冠心病稳定型心绞痛临床路径的疗效及优势。方法:72例冠心病稳定型心绞痛患者随机分为外院稳定型心绞痛诊疗路径组和我院稳定型心绞痛诊疗路径组,各36例,观察医疗总费用、住院天数及临床疗效。结果:我院冠心病稳定型心绞痛中医临床路径组与外院路径组相比,可显著降低患者总住院费用、住院天数(P<0.01),提高临床疗效。结论:应用我院冠心病稳定型心绞痛中医诊疗路径,对明确诊断为冠心病的患者进行辨证论治,取得较好的临床疗效,可明显降低住院费用及住院天数,提高患者满意度。

Objective：To verify the assessment and the advantages of the clinical pathway on the coronary heart disease stable angina treated with traditional Chinese Medicine.Methods：72 patients with the coronary heart disease stable angina were randomized into 2 groups（36 patients in each group）：the clinical pathway on the stable angina of other hospitals and the clinical pathway on the stable angina of our hospital.The total medical costs,the length of hospital stay and the clinical effects were observed.Results：In contract with the clinical pathway on the stable angina of other hospitals,the clinical pathway on the stable angina of our hospital can reduce the patients＇ total medical costs and the length of hospital stay significantly,and improve the clinical effects.Conclusions：The application of the clinical pathway on the stable angina of our hospital has great effects on conducting syndrome-differentiation dependent treatment on those who are diagnosed as the coronary heart disease.It can make better clinical effects,reduce the total medical costs and the length of hospital stay significantly and improve the patients＇ degree of satisfaction.
