厌食症中医证型与微量元素、幽门螺杆菌的相关性研究 被引量:15

摘要 目的:探讨小儿厌食症中医证型与微量元素水平、幽门螺杆菌感染的相关性。方法:对200例不同中医证型厌食症患儿及100例正常儿童进行微量元素铁、锌、钙、镁、铜及幽门螺杆菌抗体的检测。结果:不同中医证型铁、锌、钙、镁、铜变化不同,铁除脾胃不和组无明显下降外,其余各型均较对照组下降,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05),锌各型间比较无显著差异(P>0.05),铜在肝旺脾虚组较各组明显升高、脾胃气虚组较各组下降,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。幽门螺杆菌抗体阳性率:肝旺脾虚组>脾胃阴虚>脾胃气虚>脾胃不和。结论:厌食症不同中医证型与铁、锌、钙、镁、铜5种不同微量元素的变化水平及幽门螺杆菌感染存在一定相关性,在临床工作对厌食症的中医诊治有一定的指导作用。 Objective:To investigate the correlation between TCM syndromes of infantile anorexia and trace element levels as well as helicobacter pylori infection.Methods: 200 children with different TCM syndromes of anorexia and 100 normal children were arranged to detect the trace elements of iron,zinc,calcium,magnesium,copper,helicobacter pylori antibodies separately.Results:Changes of iron,zinc,calcium,magnesium,copper varies due to TCM syndromes.The level of iron had a significant decline in all TCM syndromes except the group of disharmony between spleen and stomach when compared with the control group(P〈0.05).The level of zinc various in all types had no significant difference(P〈0.05).However,copper level had an evident increase in the group of hyperactivity of liver and spleen and a sharp decrease in the group of deficiency of spleen-Qi and stomach-Qi(P〈0.05).Positive rate of Helicobacter pylori antibody:Hyperactivity of liver and spleenYin deficiency of spleen and stomach deficiency of spleen-Qi and stomach-Qidisharmony between spleen and stomach.Conclusion: There is a certain correlation between different TCM syndrome of anorexia and the changes in the levels of iron,zinc,calcium,magnesium,copper as well as Helicobacter pylori infection.The result provides a guiding role in TCM diagnosis and treatment of anorexia.
