电针夹脊穴治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床随机对照观察

Randomized Controlled Observation on Treating Lumbar Disc Herniation by EA at Jiaji Points

目的:观察电针夹脊穴治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床疗效。方法:140例腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分为治疗组70例和对照组70例;治疗组应用电针夹脊穴治疗;对照组应用常规取穴加电针治疗。结果:治疗组的治愈率为47.14%,有效率为92.86%;对照组的治愈率为34.29%,有效率为81.43%,经Wilcoxon秩和检验,P<0.05,说明治疗组优于对照组。结论:电针夹脊穴治疗腰椎间突出症是安全的、有效的,取穴简单、操作方便,值得临床进一步推广应用。

Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy treating lumbar disc herniation by EA at Jiaji points.Methods：140 cases of lumbar disc herniation were randomly divided into the treatment group（n=70）and control group（n=70）;treatment group was used by EA at Jiaji points and control group was used the conventional acupoints plus EA.Results：The cure rate of the treatment group was 47.14%,effective rate of which was 92.86%;in the control group,the cure rate was 34.29%,the effective rate of which was 81.43%,the Wilcoxon rank sum test indicated that the treatment group was better than the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion：EA at Jiaji points for treating lumbar disc herniation is safe,effective and easy to operate,which is worthy of further promotion and application.
