液相色谱法测定龙芪柔肝胶囊中丹参酮Ⅱ_A的含量

Determination of the Content of Tanshinone Ⅱ_A in Longqi Rougan Capsule by RP-HPLC

目的:建立反相高效液相色谱法(RP-HPLC)测定龙芪柔肝胶囊中丹参酮ⅡA的含量。方法:采用RP-HPLC法进行测定,以Angilent C18,5μm,4.6 mm×250 mm为色谱柱,以甲醇:水(80∶20)为流动相,流速为1 mL/min,检测波长为270 nm。结果:丹参酮ⅡA在0.01696～0.15264μg范围内线性良好,平均回收率为99.08%,RSD=1.16%,分离度大于1.5。结论:本方法简单快速,可有效控制龙芪柔肝胶囊中丹参酮ⅡA的含量。

Objective：To establish the method of RP-HPLC for determining the content of tanshinone IIA in Longqi Rougan capsule.Method：RP-HPLC was used,the colum was Angilent C18（5 μm,4.6 mm×250 mm）,the mobile phase was methanol：water（80∶ 20）,the velocity was 1 mL/min and using 270 nm as detection wavelength.Results：The linear of content of tanshinone IIA was good between 0.01696~0.15264μg,the average recovery rate was 99.08%,RSD=1.16%,resolution was more than 1.5.Conclusion：This method is simple and rapid,it can effectively control the content of tanshinone IIA in Longqi Rougan capsule.
