中西医结合治疗膝关节骨性关节炎临床观察

Clinical Observation of Integrative Chinese and Western Treatment of Knee Osteoarthritis

目的:探讨中西医结合治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法:将80例膝关节骨性关节炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组两组,每组各40例,治疗组采用中西医结合的方法治疗,西医疗法采用关节镜清理术及术后注射透明质酸钠,中医疗法采用中药内服及外敷理疗;对照组单纯采用西医治疗,疗程结束后比较两组的临床疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率95.00%,对照组总有效率75.00%,与对照组相比存在显著性差异(P<0.05),治疗组治疗后病情积分较治疗前明显降低(P<0.05),而对照组则下降不明显。结论:中西医结合治疗膝关节骨性关节炎具有较好的临床疗效及显著的镇痛、抗炎作用,值得临床推广。

Objective ： To investigate the clinical efficacy of integrative Chinese and Western treatment of knee osteoarthritis. Methods：80 cases of patients with knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, n = 40. The treatment group used the integrative Chinese and Western Medicine treatment, and the Western medi- cine included arthroscopic debridement and injecting sodium hyaluronate after operation;TCM treatment included oral ad- ministration and external application. The control group were treated with Western medicine treatment only. After treat- ment the clinical efficacy in two groups was compared. Results ： The total effective rate was 95.00% in the treatment group and in the control group it was ？5.00%, compared with the control group there was a significant difference（ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Disease integral score in treatment group was significantly lower than that before treatment（ P 〈0.05 ）, while the control group had no significant decline. Conclusion：Integrative treatment of knee osteoarthritis has good clinical efficacy and sig- nificant analgesic, anti -inflammatory effects, and it is worthy of promotion.
