摘要
目的观察秦艽止痛巴布剂对大鼠佐剂性关节炎血清中细胞因子白介素-1β、前列腺素E2浓度的影响,探讨秦艽止痛巴布剂对佐剂性关节炎的作用机制。方法采用弗氏完全佐剂制备类风湿性关节炎大鼠动物模型(AA),用ELISA检测大鼠血清中IL-1β和PGE2的含量。结果与空白组相比,模型组IL-1β、PGE2显著增高(P<0.001);各治疗组IL-1β、PGE2显著低于模型组(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论秦艽止痛巴布剂治疗关节炎的机制可能与其抑制细胞因子LI-1β活性和炎症介质PGE2产生有关。
ObjectiveTo observe the affect of Gentiana analgesic Cataplasm on IL-1β and PGE2 in serum in rats with adjuvant arthritis,and to study it's relevant mechanism of action. Methodsto prepare the animal model of Rheumatoid arthritis in rat(AA) by using Freund's completed adjuvant,and to detect the content of IL-1β and PGE2 in rat's serums by ELISA method. ResultsIL-1β and PGE2 in the model group was increased significantly(P0.001)compared with the control group.IL-1β and PGE2 in each treatment group was significantly lower than the model group(P0.01 or P0.05). ConclusionThe action mechanism of Gentiana analgesic Cataplasm to adjuvant arthritis was related to the decrese of IL-1β and PGE2.
