健康城市评估与指标体系研究

A study of the systems of criteria for assessing healthy cities

健康城市项目是一个多部门合作的长期系统工程,定期的评估能及时总结项目实施效果,发现问题并改进,从而推进健康城市的可持续发展。常用的健康城市评估方法有健康城市评估过程图、SPIRIT框架、"健康温度计"等。全国各地因地制宜地提出了符合当地实情的健康城市指标体系,以便应用于评估工作中,并在实践中不断修正。

The WHO ＇healthy cities＇ project is a long-term initiative requiring the collaboration of different organizations for it to be successful. Regular assessment of the progress of the project can reveal potential problems so that solutions can be worked out in time. This can facilitate sustainable development of healthy cities. Current assessment schemes include ＇ healthy city evaluation process diagram＇ , ＇ SPIRIT framework＇ , ＇ health thermometer＇ and so on. In this paper, we propose that any system of criteria formulated for the assessment should reflect the idiosyncrasies of a city and should be optimized during the course of its application.
