Perioperative nursing for patients of acromioclavicular joint dislocation treated with AO clavicular hook plate

对22例AO锁骨钩钢板治疗肩关节脱位的患者进行术前心理护理、术前准备及术后密切观察生命体征、预防感染、功能锻炼指导等围手术期护理,术后所有患者均获得良好的临床效果。全面细致的围手术期护理,对手术成功及术后康复起到至关重要的作用。

Objective This paper is a reflection of the peri operation period nursing for patients of acromioclavicular joint dislocation treated with AO clavicular hook plate. Method 22 patients suffering dislocation of the shoulder joint and treated with AO clavicular hook plate were taken as the subjects for the study. Nursing procedures such as preoperative psychological nursing, preoperative preparation, postoperative close observation of vital signs, prevention of infection, and guidance of functional exercise were conducted. Results All subjects in the study that were provided with postoperative nursing appeared to achieve good clinical results. Conclusion Comprehensive and meticulous perioperative nursing contribute significantly to the success of operation and postoperative recovery.
