摘要
目的探讨河西学院大学生时间管理倾向与自我学习满意度的关系。方法运用时间管理倾向量表(Timemanagement disposition,TMD)和自我学习满意度问卷对河西学院随机抽取的300名学生进行了问卷调查。结果①性别在自我学习满意度和时间管理倾向上均存在显著的差异(P<0.05),年级在自我学习满意度的差异显著(P<0.05),而在时间管理倾向的差异不显著。②时间管理倾向与自我学习满意度之间存在显著的相关(P<0.05)。③时间管理倾向对学习满意度有显著预测作用(P<0.05)。结论河西学院大学生总体自我学习满意度较高,时间管理倾向对自我学习满意度有显著的影响。
Objective The study we have conducted was intended to reveal the correlation between university students' self- learning satisfaction and their time management disposition. Method According to Time Management Disposition and Self- learning Satisfaction, a questionnaire was designed and 300 students randomly selected were asked to answer the questions, which helped us to collect the data. Findings (1)There are significant differences in the time management disposition and the self-learning satisfaction on gender(P 〈 0.05). There is significant difference in self-learning satisfaction on grade (P 〈 0. 05), but the difference is not significant in time management disposition. (2)The relationship of time management disposition and self-learning satisfaction has a significant correlation ( P 〈 0. 05 ). (3) Time management disposition has significant prediction on self-learning satisfaction(P 〈0.05). Conclusion the self-learning satisfaction of Hexi University students is high, while the time management disposition has significant influence on the self-learning satisfaction.
