摘要
政策的制定、实施和当地经济发展水平在一定程度上制约着民族地区的教育发展。地方政治对于学校教育的实施有着巨大的导向作用,民族教育政策的贯彻实施依赖于当地政府,实际上地方性政策在很大程度上影响着学校教育的发展,而经济发展的地域性落差进一步加剧教育资源的不平等配置。以东北鄂伦春族村落的学校教育为例,试图在整体社会环境和文化实践的背景中观察学校教育,探讨民族地区农村教育公平问题。
The development of education in the minority areas is related to the related policies and their implementation as well as the e- conomic level. The local politics plays a leading role in the local education while the implementation of ethnic education policies relies largely on the local government. The regional differences in economy may further lead to the unfair distribution of education resources. The paper is a case study of the village education in Oroqen Area and analyzes the education process in the context of an overall social environment and cultural practices in order to realize education equality in the rural and minority areas of China.
