摘要
以江西省各地市体育运动学校、县区级少年业余体育学校、省体育传统项目学校的有关领导以及田径教练员、运动员为调查对象,对江西省田径运动后备人才队伍队员的可持续发展对策进行研究,以期对江西省田径运动后备队员的培养、可持续发展战略的制定和方针政策的实施起到一定的促进作用。
Taking all sports schools around Jiangxi Province, county -level youth amateur sports school, provincial traditional sports schools＇ leadership, track and field coaches and athletes as the research object, the authod did a research on the sustainable development of reserve talents of track and field team in Jiangxi Province. The resuh will promote the cultivation of reserve talents and implementation of the sustainable development plan.
