摘要
从本质来看,教学是一种文化现象。从文化的视角来看,我国本科的教学目的已经从追求精神价值堕落为追逐功利,教学内容从追求博雅转向对专业的膜拜,教学评价从"重意义"转向"重量化",并且出现了教学思想的枯竭与贫乏。为了消解这些问题,我们必须在传统与现代之间形成自我反思的文化图式,以"和合智慧"为内核调整教学文化的要素关系并要以教学交流为途径构建教学文化的个性与多样性。
In essence, teaching is a kind of cultural phenomenon. From the perspective of culture, our undergraduate teaching objectives have degenerated from the pursuit of spiritual value to chase the utility, the teaching content transformed from the pursuit of professional liberal arts to worship, and teaching evaluation changed from " Emphasizing on Meaning" to " Emphasizing on Quantization", and teaching thought. In order to solve these problems, we must form the cultural schema appeared lack of the of self reflection be- tween the tradition and modem," Harmonious, Cooperation and Wisdom" as the core to adjust the relation of elements in teaching culture, and construct the individuality and diversity of teaching culture by teaching com- munication.
