摘要
人文素质教育是拔尖创新人才培养的重要内容之一。本文在阐述拔尖创新人才内涵和文化素质教育含义的基础上,讨论了两者之间的关系;从拓展知识、促进实践能力和更新思维模式3个方面论述了人文素质教育在拔尖创新人才中发挥的重要作用;结合国家级人才培养模式创新实验区——华中科技大学启明学院的实践,论述了在拔尖创新人才培养中开展人文素质教育的有效模式。
The humanistic quality education is an important part of the top tivation. The relationship between top -notch innovative talents and the cultural -notch innovative talents cul- quality education is discussed on the basis of illustrating their connotation ; and the important function of the humanistic quality education in top - notch innovative talents is discussed from three aspects: expanding knowledge, promoting practical abil- ity and updating the thinking mode; and the paper combines the practice of Qiming College, Huazhong Uni- versity of Science and Technology, a innovative experimental zone with state - level talent training mode, and discusses the effective mode for carrying out humanistic quality education in training top - notch innovative tal-ents.
