通脉降脂丸对SD大鼠血糖和糖耐量的影响研究

Study on the Effect of Tongmai Jiangzhi Pills on Glucose and Glucose Tolerance of SD Rats

目的:研究通脉降脂丸对糖尿病大鼠血糖及糖耐量的影响。方法:采用链脲佐菌素(STZ)腹腔注射致大鼠糖尿病模型,观察大鼠血糖及糖耐量的变化;采用灌胃方法给予通脉降脂丸,并观察糖尿病大鼠模型分别给予口服淀粉和葡萄糖的血糖及糖耐量的变化。结果:链脲佐菌素腹腔注射成功制成糖尿病模型;通脉降脂丸中、高剂量对SD大鼠灌胃能显著降低糖尿病大鼠血糖含量。结论:通脉降脂丸对口服淀粉GTT血糖和口服葡萄糖GTT血糖均有降低作用,血糖升高值也具有统计学意义。为防治糖尿病提供有效的药理学依据。

Objective: To study the effect of Tongmai Jiangzhi Pills on glucose and glucose tolerance of diabetic rats.Methods: Diabetic model rats were induced by Streptozotocin(STZ) intraperitoneal injection to observe the changes of glucose and glucose tolerance of the rats.A gastric perfusion of Tongmai Jiangzhi Pills was used to observe the changes of the glucose and glucose tolerance of the model diabetic rats that were treated with oral administration of starch.Results: The streptozotocin intraperitoneal injection induced diabetic model was successfully made.The blood glucose level of SD rats with middle and high dose of Tongmai Jiangzhi Pills were significantly decreased.Conclusion: Tongmai Jiangzhi Pills can decrease the blood glucose of the rats that treated with oral starch GTT blood glucose and oral glucose GTT blood glucose and the rise of the blood glucose also has statistical significance,which provides a pharmacological basis for the prevention and treatment of diabetes mellitus.
