摘要
基于在HClO_4介质中,间苯二酚对Fe(Ⅲ)催化H_2O_2氧化罗丹明6G使其荧光猝灭的 抑制作用,建立了动力学荧光法测定痕量间苯二酚的新方法。线性范围为0.008~0.096 mg/L间苯二酚,方法检测限为5.9μg/L。用于测定合成样中间苯二酚的含量,结果令人满意。
An inhibitory kinetic fluorimetric method is reported for the determination of trace resorcinol. The proposed method is based on the inhibitory effect of resorcinol on the reaction of H2 O2 oxidation of rhodamicne 6G catalyzed by Fe(Ⅲ) in perchloric acid medium. The detection limit for resorcinol is 5. 9 μg/L. The linear range of the determination is 0. 008 - 0. 096 mg/L. This method has been used successfully to determine resorcinol in synthetic samples.
