振动式平贝母等级筛分机设计与试验 被引量:11

摘要 针对平贝母等级筛分机存在平贝母破损率高、堵塞严重等问题,设计一种与6 kW柴油机配套的可完成等级分级和收集平贝母等多道工序的振动式平贝母等级筛分机。该机由三层筛面和传动机构组成,通过对三层筛面理论分析和传动机构的优化设计,确定其结构参数。田间试验表明:平贝母等级筛分机输运顺畅,分离效果明显,平贝母破损率少,透筛率为98.3%,损失率为2.6%,筛分准确率/%(分级精度0.5 mm)为90.8%。 Aiming at the serious problems of fritillaria ussuriensis grading screen vessel high breakage rate, serious jam, designed a multi-channel vibration type of fritillaria ussuriensis grading screen vessel with a 6 kW diesel engine which completed classification and collection of fritillaria ussuriensis. Fritillaria ussuriensis grading screen vessel was made up of three layers of screen surface and transmission mechanism. Based on the theoretical analysis of three layers of screen surface and optimization design of transmission mechanism, structure parameters was determined.The grading screen vessel had the advantages of simple structure, light weight, convenient operation, low breakage rate of fritillaria ussuriensis and good screening adaptability. Field test showed that the fritillaria ussuriensis grading screen vessel transported flowly, separation effect was obvious, breakage rate was less, the sieve permeation rate was 98.3%, loss rate was 2.6%, screening accuracy rate (the classification accuracy of 0.5 mm)was 90.8%.
