Rapid and Simultaneous Determination of Trace Copper, Cadmium and Cobalt in Zinc Electrolyte Solution by Oscillopolarogaphy

摘要 铜、镉、钻在了丁二酮肟-氯化铵-柠檬酸钠-HAc-NaAc体系中有灵敏的极谱波。其峰电位分别为-0.24V、- 0.79V和-0.93V,线性范围分别为4 × 10^(-6)~ 4 × 10^(-3)、5 × 10^(-6)~ 5×10^(-3)、1×10^(-7)~1×10^(-4)g/L,检测限分别为2×10^(-6)、4 × 10^(-6)和5×10^(-8)g/L。方法无需预处理直接用于锌电解液中微量铜、镉、钴的测定,结果令人满意。 An oscillopolarographic method for the rapid and simultaneous determination of trace copper, cadmium and cobalt based on their sensitive polarographic waves in the medium of pH 5. 0 HAc-NaAc with dimethylglyoxime, NH2Cl and sodium citrate was developed. The peak potentials were at - 0. 24, - 0.79 and - 0. 93 V, the linear ranges of the determination were 4 x 10-6 - 4 x 10-3, 5 × 10-6 - 5 x 10-3,1 x 10-7 - 1 x 10-7 g/L, and the detection limits were 2 x 10-6,4 x 10-6, 5 x 10-8 g/L, respectively. The method has directly been used to the rapid and simultaneous determination of the trace copper, cadmium and cobalt in zinc electrolyte liquid mixture with satisfactory results. The components of the electro-activity complex has also been studied.
