某电厂#1锅炉捞渣机链条因导轮损坏导致捞渣机被迫停运,需破坏炉底下水封才能处理故障。分析了在运行中破坏炉底水封对锅炉稳定运行造成的影响,提出了在特殊工况下保持锅炉稳定运行的改进措施。

Due to that the guide wheel of the chain damaged,the slag conveyor of boiler No.1 in a power plant was forced to stop running,and for dealing with the fault,it is needed to destroy the bottom water seal.The influence of destroying the bottom water seal under the boiler operating condition on the boiler operation stability was analyzed.The measures for keeping the boiler operation stability under this special condition were put forward.
