百万千瓦级机组锅炉暖风器改造

Reformation of boiler steam air heater of 1000 MW grade units

华电国际邹县发电厂#7,#8锅炉自投产以来,暖风器频繁泄漏,危及送风机的安全运行并导致预热器积灰。2011年在#7锅炉小修中安装了一种新型的翻转式暖风器,与原暖风器相比,布置更加合理,系统阻力小,不易积灰,改造效果良好。

Since the boilers No.7 and No.8 of Huadian International Zouxian Power Plant were put into operation,the steam air heaters leaked frequently,which endanger the save operation of the forced draft fan and cause the soot formation in the preheater.In the minor overhaul of the boiler No.7 at 2011,a new turnover steam air heater was installed.Comparing with the original air heater,the arrangement of the new air heater is more rational,the system resistance reduced,and the soot formation decreased.The reformation result is favorable.
