摘要 综述了国内外关于聚烯烃产品气味方面的研究现状,归纳出气味的主要来源,并介绍了主要的检测方法。聚烯烃气味主要来自于聚合过程残余的单体、溶剂,造粒或者成型过程中氧化降解生成的醛、酮、烃等挥发物,以及添加的助剂组分。可以用便携式设备对挥发物进行快速检测,也可以用各种手段将挥发物收集后用色谱-质谱联用进行定量定性分析。指出针对不同的气味来源可以采用改进生产装置和工艺流程,加入气味抑制剂、吸附剂等措施降低聚烯烃产品的气味。 The status in quo of studied on odor from polyolefin at home and abroad were summarized, and the odor origin and detection methods were introduced with 27 references. The odor of polyolefin mainly originated from residual monomer and solvent in polymerization process, volatile compounds of aldehyde,ketone and the hydrocarbon released from oxidation and degradation during pelletizing or molding and the added additives. Portable detectors could be used for fast testing of volatile compounds,and the gas chromatographmass spec- trometer for qualitative and quantitative analysis of the volatile compounds collected by various methods. According to the different odor origins, the measures including the improvement of production device and process,the addition of inhibitor and sorbent were used to reduce the odor of polyolefin.
