摘要
为了优化轿车前照灯区域尺寸链长及尺寸配合,更好地体现整车的设计水平和制造装配水平,文章介绍了三维偏差分析采用的蒙特卡罗模拟法算法及尺寸项目开发中的公差分配管理方法,实例分析了前照灯和发动机盖之间的装配偏差,优化了前照灯的定位方案。实践表明,借助偏差分析工具,对比研究零件定位方案,分析零件的偏差累积,以此来指导设计开发工作,可以提高设计稳健性,尤其在结构方案设计初期更具有指导意义。
In order to improve the dimension chain of vehicle headlamp area and dimension match so as to demonstrate a belier design and manufacturing level, lhe paper introduces Monle Carlo simulation method adopled in 3D analysis as well as tolerance management method of dimension development. Based on an example, the paper analyzes the assembly variation between headlamp trod engine hood and optimizes the location of headlamp. The result shows that guiding design by analyzing components tolerance variation and comparing components different location slrategy can improve design stability, especially in lhe initial phase of structure concept design.
