摘要
在线质量工装的定位选取直接影响前盖和翼子板装配件等的匹配质量。为了有效地控制前部匹配质量,文章基于一致性原则、n-2-1原则和平面原则,提出了一种新的在线质量工装的定位选取技术,该技术可以避开最大的偏差源——车身偏差,使前部匹配质量仅受到外覆盖件本身尺寸的影响。通过公差分析理论验证及现场实施效果评价,证明该技术能很好地满足前部匹配质量要求。
Locating of inline quality jig fixture has a direct effect on the assembly quality of engine hood, fender, etc. In order to control front assembly quality effectively, a new locating selecting method of inline quality fixture is proposed based on consistent principle, n-2-1 principle, and plane principle in the paper. Using this method, the biggest variation source - body wtriation, is kept away from the final quality, the front assembly quality is only influenced by the dimension of body panel.According to tolerance analysis validation and plant application, it proved that this method can meet the requirement of front assembly quality.
