摘要
为解决试验壁障主要依靠进口的问题,提高移动壁障自主开发能力,文章以满足ECER95法规的侧碰移动壁障为例,通过阐述结合试验法规而研究得出的一整套开发过程。提供了包括避免产生二次碰撞的延时制动系统、符合质量质心的车体框架、适合制造商的部件选择、有限元强度分析及试验验证在内的设计方法,使碰撞试验移动壁障的开发过程有据可依。
In order to solve the problem of importing moveable barrier from abroad,improve independent development ability,this paper describes a whole development flow process,taking an example to comply to ECE R95,by means of combination with test protocol,design method is provided,including the brake time-lag system that can avoid secondary impact,vehicle body frame complying to center of mass requirement,parts selection by manufacturers,strength analysis with finite element analysis as well as real test verification,in order to give some technical reference on the development of a whole moveable and fixed barrier used in crash test.
