新型复配阻锈剂对几种建筑钢筋缓蚀性能研究

摘要 在模拟混凝土孔溶液中,通过动电位扫描和电化学阻抗谱研究了新型复配阻锈剂对几种建筑混凝土用钢筋氯盐腐蚀行为的影响。结果表明:通过极化曲线的分析,该阻锈剂对3种钢筋都起到了缓蚀作用,但缓蚀性能有所差异。交流阻抗谱的分析表明这种差异是由于缓蚀剂对不同材料表面的钝化膜的形成及耐久性的不同而产生的,因此实际使用过程中应根据腐蚀环境和材料的不同而配置不同浓度的缓蚀剂。 In Simulated Concrete Pore Solution, The effect of the novel Inhibitor on the corrosion behavior under chloride salt of some reinforcing steel was studied by means of polarization curve, electrochem^cal impedance spectroscopy (EIS). The results indicate that this novel inhibitor has efficiency on the corrosion inhibiting for reinforcing steel by means of polarization, but the corrosion inhibiting is different. This difference is due to this novel inhibitor play different roles on the process of passive films formed and the endurance of passive films, and the inhibitory mechanism was analyzed by EIS, so the different concentrations of inhibitor should be conducted by the different steel and corrosion environment in actual use.
