氢化物发生原子荧光法测定海水淡化浓盐水中的碲

摘要 通过大量的实验建立了氢化物发生一原子荧光光谱法测定海水淡化浓盐水中碲的方法,即以FeCl3为共沉淀剂将浓盐水中的碲富集,以5mol/L的盐酸为还原剂将富集液中的碲(Ⅵ)还原为碲(Ⅳ),最后用氢化物发生原子荧光光谱法测定海水淡化浓盐水中的碲。在确定的条件下,方法的检出限为1 ng/L。对海水淡化浓盐水样品的分析结果表明方法的精密度优于5%,回收率在96%~109%范围内变动。该方法适合于海水淡化浓盐水中碲的测定。 A method for determination of tellurium in the condensed seawater after desalination by hydride generation- atomic fluorescence spectrometry was developed. Tellurium in the condensed seawater after desalination was enriched with FeC13 as coprecipitation agent. Then tellurium ( VI ) in enriched solution was reduced to tellurium (IV) by 5 moL/L HCI. Finely the tellurium was determined by hydride generation- atomic fluorescence spectrometry. The detection limit of the method was l ng/L under the chose condition. The method has been applied to the determination of tellurnium in the condensed seawater after desalination, and the results showed that the precision (relative standard deviation) was less than 5%, the recovery varied between 96% and 109%. The method can be used to determine the tellurium in the condensed seawater after desalination.
