摘要
以自制鸡毛蛋白粉、阳离子交联改性剂WLS为原料,制备了一种阳离子羽毛蛋白助剂(WLS-20),并将该助剂应用于棉织物的改性.用红外光谱对该助剂及其改性棉织物的化学结构进行了表征.以活性染料上染百分率为评价指标,研究确定了有利于改善棉织物活性染料染色性能的鸡毛蛋白改性助剂(WLS-20)的合成条件为:m(蛋白)∶m(WLS)=3∶25,NaOH用量为0.3 g,反应温度70℃,反应时间3 h.应用研究结果表明,WLS-20助剂改性的棉织物,引入了阳离子基团及新的极性基团,能实现活性染料无盐染色.
A cationic chicken feather keratin agent WLS-20 was prepared by self-made feather protein powder and cationic crosslinking modifier WLS as raw materials. Cotton fabric was modified by the cationic chicken feather keratin agent WLS-20. Chemical structure of the agent and modified cotton fabric was characterized by IR spectrometry. By the dye uptake rate as evaluation index, the synthesis conditions of keratin agent WLS-20 improving reactive dyes salt-free dyeing properties of cotton fabric were discussed: the quali- ty ratio of protein to WLS was 3:25, the dosage of NaOH was 0.3 g, reacting at 70 ~C for 3 h. The application results showed that modified cotton fabric with WLS-20 was introduced cationic groups and new polar groups, which could realize reactive dyes salt-free dyeing.
